England became a great naval power under Queen Elizabeth I and built its empire around the world under the Stuart monarchs. During this time, London became the centre of the British Empire and the envy of the western world. It was against this backdrop that George III lost the American colonies. Explore this pivotal period of European and American history through tours and discussions with local historians and experts.
Lunches are included as a part of our day programme. Enjoy the pub, cafe and market fare across London. Able to meet various dietary requirements.
